- Self-starter with strong problem-solving ability,



capable of identifying core issues and delivering practical solutions that comply with the law and work for the business.
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to tailor complex messages clearly and persuasively to different audiences, including executive management.
- Strong data mastery: ability to read, interpret, and draw actionable conclusions from compliance data (e.g., risk assessments, audit results, investigation metrics).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams), with intermediate Excel required; Power BI knowledge is an asset.
- Ability to build solid relationships and influence across a diverse group of business people with varied professional backgrounds.
- Strong organizational skills to coordinate and complete multiple tasks across departments under established and changing deadlines.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in documentation, reporting, and written deliverables.
