- Stakeholder management & team leadership (SME role)

- Guidewire Cloud Platform (GWCP) certification
- Guidewire ACE / Specialist certifications (PC/BC/CC Config or Integration)
- Experience with Santa Lucía or Spanish insurance carriers
- Cloud platforms: AWS / Azure
- Agile/Scrum, SAFe methodologies
- Data migration tools & ETL
- Mentoring / team lead experience
