You'll work directly with business owners, helping them understand their financial performance while ensuring their accounting operations remain accurate, compliant, and organized. S. accounting experience, advanced QuickBooks skills, and experience managing multiple client accounts simultaneously, this role is a strong fit. Multi-Client Accounting & Month-End Close
Accounts payable (AP) Accounts receivable (AR)



Bank and balance sheet reconciliations General ledger activities Prepare and review financial statements and supporting workpapers Maintain accurate financial records in accordance with
GAAP Ensure client books remain clean, organized, and reporting-ready Manage multiple accounting deadlines without sacrificing accuracy Payroll & Compliance
Process payroll accurately and on schedule Manage employee setup and onboarding within payroll systems Work with platforms such as: S. state sales tax returns Maintain supporting documentation for payroll and compliance requirements Ensure deadlines and regulatory requirements are consistently met Financial Reporting & Analysis
Prepare accurate financial reporting packages for clients Analyze financial performance and identify: Trends Risks Variances Opportunities Build custom reports and dashboards based on client needs Translate financial data into practical business insights Present financial information clearly to business owners and non-financial stakeholders Budgeting, Forecasting & Business Support
