The Assistant Project Manager will take responsibility for effectively delivering a range of tasks to high quality standard and assist on a wide range of projects of all sizes and dimensions. Handles commissions of varying sizes, depending upon the complexity of the project. Help to establish the overall success criteria for the project,



including time, cost, technical and performance parameter, project governance, project planning, processes, and systems to be utilized throughout project.
Education/Experience: Bachelor ́s Degree in Engineering, Architecture or related A minimum of 3 years' experience working in similar roles. Ability to develop report, project follow ups. Manage the flow of project information between the team and the client, through regular meetings and written communications. Experienced in the following software packages: (Microsoft Project, Excel, Word and PowerPoint). Fluent in Spanish and English.
Monitor and control the project by: Applying performance management techniques. Managing the change control process. Advise upon project finances.
Read and understand documents defining project, including but not limited to: agreements, work letters, project charters, surveys, budgets, schedules, and draw
