with a portfolio demonstrating digital and print work that supports business and marketing goals.
Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and familiarity with content management systems such as AEM.
Familiarity with collaborative design platforms such as Figma.
Experience leading creative initiatives, owning project workflows, and providing design direction to peers or junior designers.
Strong conceptual and executional design skills, with a deep understanding of brand systems and accessibility principles.
Ability to manage ambiguity, navigate shifting priorities, and influence outcomes without formal authority.
Background in regulated industries such as financial services, legal, or pharmaceutical.
Familiarity with digital optimization and content automation tools.
Interest in coaching and developing other designers as part of role growth.
