with clear sequencing, timelines, and risk mitigation strategies to ensure swift and successful execution. by identifying and implementing new materials, technologies, and processes that enhance product protection, user experience, and environmental performance.

Bachelor's degree in engineering, Industrial Design or relevant packaging engineering experience is a must. of progressive experience in packaging engineering, preferably in consumer products or manufacturing environments. Professional English proficiency is a
lead complex projects , manage ambiguity, and deliver results under pressure. Strong knowledge of packaging materials, manufacturing methods, and performance testing standards (ISTA, ASTM, etc.). balance planning with urgency , ensuring rapid progress while maintaining quality and alignment.
