We are currently looking for a HR Administrator to join our HR team in Castlepollard, Westmeath. Reporting to the HR Manager, your role is central to building a strong, values-driven workplace. You're not just supporting HR operations—you're helping shape a culture where people thrive.
The successful candidate will have the opportunity to gain experience in all areas of HR. The adecuado candidate will be used to working in a busy office environment, be HR qualified and have previous experience in a HR role.
Recruitment Administration; HR administration in relation to employee records & employee correspondence
Responding to HR related queries and requests
Administrative support for HR projects
Administration of training and development activities
Providing support to managers, including guidance in relation to HR policies and procedures
Ideally a HR qualification or working towards same
Strong knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite.
Experience of using social media in a professional capacity
