Technical Recruiter
Talent Sourcing & Recruitment Source, identify, and engage passive and active candidates through various channels (LinkedIn, GitHub, Stack Overflow, job boards, referrals, etc.). Develop and execute creative sourcing strategies to build a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future hiring needs. Conduct technical screenings and initial interviews to assess candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit. Candidate Experience Provide a positive and professional candidate experience throughout the recruitment process. Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders to align recruitment efforts with business goals.
Share market insights and recommendations with the team to improve recruitment strategies.
Process Improvement Track and analyze recruitment metrics (time-to-hire, source effectiveness, offer acceptance rates, etc.).



Continuously improve recruitment processes and tools to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
Requirements Education & Experience Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or a related field (or equivalent experience). Minimum 2 years of experience in technical recruitment, preferably in the [tech industry/startup/enterprise] environment. Proven track record of successfully sourcing and hiring for roles such as Software Engineers, Data Scientists, DevOps, QA, Mechanical and Embeded Systems, etc.
