Review the facts of the case, including medical records, police reports, witness statements, and other relevant documents.
Ensure that the settlement is fair and provides adequate compensation for medical expenses, lost wages, pain and suffering, and other damages.
At least 1 year of legal experience, specifically in Personal Injury
1+ years of experience using Microsoft Excel, edit, sort/filter and save spreadsheets (can maintain complex spreadsheets).
1+ years of office experience
Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred
Experience with Case Management Software
