Develop the programming and setup of PLC's, IPC's and HMI's for the start-up of automatic and semi-automatic machines. Programming, debugging and commissioning of PLC's, HMI's and special equipment. Carry out the program for the construction, modification and automation of machines and equipment/devices that are integrated into the production lines. Program equipment for new projects and/or modifications.
Implement the connectivity of the automatic and semi-automatic machines to servers (MES).



Ensure the proper operation of all communications equipment of the production areas and launch of new projects. Handle daily necessary PLC changes on all supported production lines according to engineering requests. Key player in new projects aligned to safety, productivity, quality topics, internal defect cost & service level.
Validation and commissioning of machine. Work in collaboration with Project Manager and cross functional teams to meet timeline. Bachelor degree in automation, electrics or electronics. Expert in PLC's Programming, preferably in Structured Text Language. Interpretation of electrical design schematics for automation equipment. Siemens PLC programmer. Ability to manage workload of several projects concurrently. Intermediate-advanced English, able to communicate with customer.
