The Specialist, Document Control & Customer Service serves as the primary controller for all engineering development documentation affecting Customer Service. In this role, you will coordinate, create, and maintain product support data within SAP and TC systems . Additionally, you will act as the key cross-functional liaison within the extended organization to standardize, control,



and document common service parts across BSH production facilities.
Manage the creation / modification of Bills of Materials (BOMs) based on technical inputs and requirements from the Product Development team to support new product launches and subsequent design modifications.
Serve as the primary liaison for Service BOMs and spare part development between the Product Development and Customer Service teams. Generate and maintain master material numbers within the CMD and SAP environments to support ongoing Service operations. Maintain absolute BOM data integrity (including creation, updates, and archiving) in accordance with design engineering specifications and approved Engineering Change Orders (ECOs). Initiate and coordinate technical data exchanges during Engineering Change Review meetings to ensure cross-departmental alignment.
