About the Role As a Growth Strategy Manager,
you will be a key architect of Fever's expansion across the region. You won't just execute projects; you will own the growth roadmap, defining how we build our business model and partner portfolio. Working at the intersection of data, marketing, and business development, you will lead key projects and partners that drive our success in Brazil.
Define and lead the business plan for key expansion areas and partners in the Brazilian market. While driving projects with key impact on product prioritization and localized revenue optimization.
Leverage Fever's proprietary data and technology to help our partners succeed and grow.
Move beyond analysis to implementation. Lead projects that turn complex data into actionable business cases, and take full accountability for moving key business metrics (CAC, LTV, ROI).
Optimize new business streams and cross-functional workflows. You will ensure that as we scale, our operations remain lean, eff
