This is a highly hands-on Paid Media role.



You will work directly inside the advertising platforms every day—building and launching campaigns, uploading creatives and copy, checking tracking, monitoring performance, and making optimizations. Your work will directly impact how Clara grows across Mexico, Brazil, and Colombia—and you'll help define what AI-augmented Paid Media execution looks like at scale.
Launch, monitor and quality assurance of campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other platforms.
Use AI tools daily to accelerate campaign work: generating ad copy variants, summarizing performance data, building audience hypotheses, and drafting creative briefs.
Support in A/B tests and make regular optimizations — using AI to generate hypotheses, interpret results, and suggest next steps.
Build and maintain recurring performance reports, leveraging AI to surface insights and write narrative summaries.
Use automation tools (e.g. n8n, Make, Zapier) to reduce repetitive manual work and create scala
