Because our Product team and engineering team work across different time zones, this role blends Scrum Master and Product Owner responsibilities so the team always has a clear, present point of accountability.
Lead projects from inception to close — planning timelines, prioritizing work, and managing partner expectations.
Lead all Scrum team activities and manage related artifacts.
Define and drive testing across impacted teams, including coordination of User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
Own product release planning and release notes.
Partner closely with the US Product Development Management team to understand and convey product strategy and direction to your development team.
Coach your Scrum team(s) toward self-organization and high performance, building a safe environment where problems can be raised without fear of blame.
