Sales Development Representative (SDR)

Help cold prospects understand the value of Applause software, building awareness and interest. Set qualified demos for interested SMB prospects to meet with AEs, facilitating pipeline growth. Sales Experience:
1–2+ years of experience in outbound B2B SaaS sales, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding SDR quotas. Familiarity with using sales CRMs (e.g., HubSpot or Salesforce) to manage prospecting and pipeline activities. Remote Effectiveness:
Proven ability to work in a remote environment with excellent time management, a reliable internet connection, and zero noticeable latency. Ability to work an 8-hour shift within the hours of 7 AM – 7 PM EST to support client needs and outreach strategies.
