The Agile Master/Coach will act as a servant leader and experienced agile coach, supporting individuals, teams, and groups of teams through their agile adoption and continuous improvement journey. The coach will serve as a key interface between the delivery teams and leadership, helping to design, implement,



and evolve the organization's way of working (WoW) and ways of thinking (WoT) using Disciplined Agile and other agile practices.
Assess agile proficiency and identify improvement opportunities
Coach teams within organizational context
Implement and evolve visual controls
The Agile Master/Coach must meet the following minimum requirements:
Agile coaching experience
Disciplined Agile knowledge
Broad agile expertise
Coaching and facilitation skills
