Lead end-to-end international logistics operations, encompassing ocean, air, and inland freight from high-level strategy through granular execution. ·
Negotiate directly with freight forwarders, carriers, and logistics providers to aggressively reduce costs while simultaneously improving service levels. ·
Build and manage a reliable, direct logistics/vendor network, moving beyond a reliance on brokers to ensure supply chain resilience. ·
S. import/export compliance, auditing all documentation and processes to mitigate regulatory risk. ·
Independently resolve complex shipment disruptions and logistics crises with authority, implementing corrective actions without the need for constant escalation. ·
Work closely with Sales and Procurement leadership to align logistics strategies with
