to join our Mexico City office. Operations Assistant – Sea Cargo , you will provide operational and administrative support to the Ocean Operations team, ensuring the smooth coordination of international ocean freight shipments while delivering excellent customer service. Upload and approve supplier invoices through the Centro CFDI system.
Experience using CargoWise or similar logistics software is an advantage.
Proactive attitude with strong problem-solving skills.
Good command of English (written and spoken) is required , as you will communicate regularly with overseas offices, international agents, shipping lines, and integral customers.
