With design and manufacturing sites in North America, Europe and Asia, we have become the preferred provider of high voltage power solutions for OEMs pushing the boundaries of technology around the world by designing and producing the products they need to power progress.Principal ResponsibilitiesPerform reliability tests including Highly Accelerated Life Testing (HALT), Highly Accelerated Stress Testing (HASS), Burn-in and life cycle testing, Temperature, humidity, and environmental stress testing, load and electrical stress testingSet up test fixtures, instrumentation, and data acquisition systemsMonitor and record test results accurately and consistently.Diagnostics and troubleshooting of failed units at component and system levelWork closely with engineering teams to identify design or process issuesCompile, distribute, and maintain reliability data and test logsGenerate basic reports summarizing test results and failure modesEnsure test equipment safety, cleanliness, and compliance with standardsProvide feedback to design and manufacturing teams to improve product reliabilityAssist in validation of new designs, components, and process changesEnsure testing meets applicable standards,
