Plant Manager – Ensenada, Mexico Location: Fortune Fashions Baja / Mad Engine Integral is looking for an experienced Plant Manager to lead our high-volume manufacturing operations, with a strong focus on screen printing, production performance, capacity, quality, cost, and continuous improvement.Lead end-to-end plant & screen-printing operationsDrive safety, quality, productivity, capacity & on-time deliveryLead Production, Warehouse & Trims teamsManage KPIs, labor, equipment utilization, inventory & manufacturing costs5–8+ years of progressive manufacturing/operations experience- Leadership experience in high-volume manufacturing- Strong production & capacity planning and KPI management expertise- Lean Manufacturing / Six Sigma experience preferred- English/Spanish bilingual skills required
