Position OverviewWe are seeking an experiencedProject Managerto lead client-facingProfessional Services engagementsforCapital Markets Front Office solutions.The Project Manager will be responsible for managing implementation, upgrade, integration, and transformation projects while ensuring successful delivery, customer satisfaction, and achievement of commercial objectives.Key ResponsibilitiesLead end-to-end delivery ofCapital Markets software implementation projects.Manage projectscope, timelines, budgets, risks, and resources.Act as the primary point of contact forclient stakeholders.CoordinateFunctional, Technical, QA, and Support teams.Drive project governance, status reporting, and executive communication.SupportUAT, go-live, and post-production stabilizationactivities.Track project financials, utilization, revenue, and margins.Manage project issues, escalations, and change requests.Required Skills & Experience8–10 years of Project Management experiencewithin Financial Services, FinTech, or Capital Markets.Hands-on experience deliveringProfessional Services engagements.Strong experience workingonsite at client locations,



with availability to work3–4 days per week from the office.Strong understanding ofFront Office trading environments and trade lifecycle.Strong stakeholder, client, and vendor management skills.Excellent communication, leadership, and project governance capabilities.Experience managing complex implementation, integration, upgrade, or transformation projects.PMP, PRINCE2, Scrum, or Agile certification is preferred.Preferred Product ExperienceExperience with one or more of the following Capital Markets platforms is preferred:Front ArenaMurexCalypsoMust-Have DomainCapital Markets | Front Office Trading | Investment Management SolutionsIdeal Candidate ProfileSenior-level Project Manager with strongCapital Markets / Financial Servicesdomain expertise.Proven experience managingclient-facing Professional Services projects.Strong understanding ofFront Office trading and investment management processes.Comfortable working directly with clients, vendors, technical teams, and senior stakeholders.Based in or able to work onsite inMexico City, Mexico, 3–4 days per week.
