Keep the creative moving.We're looking for aCreative Project Managerto join a growing integral in-house Creative Hub.The team moves with thepace and variety of an agency, but instead of working across external clients, you'll partner with teams and stakeholders across one global organization.This is a role withreal ownership.
You'll independently manage a mix of small-to-medium creative projects from brief through delivery — owning your timelines, stakeholders, approvals, and day-to-day decisions.You'll work across a variety ofcreative, social, digital, video, motion, design, and integrated projects, with senior support available when projects grow into larger or more complex campaigns.What You'll Do:Independently manage multiplecreative and social-first projectsfrom brief through final deliveryOwntimelines, deliverables, reviews, feedback, and approvalsend to endCoordinate projects acrossdesign, social, video, motion, copy, and digitalBuild strong relationships with stakeholders and keep them informed throughout the projectUnderstand the brief and what the stakeholder is trying to achieve before work moves into the creative teamAsk the right questions when a brief is unclear or missing informationPush back diplomatically whenscope, timelines, or expectationsdon't alignIdentify risks, dependencies, and priority conflicts before they impact deliveryBring together designers, copywriters, stakeholders, and creative teams to keep work movingMaintain clear,



accurate project trackingManage multiple concurrent projects and changing priorities in a fast-paced environmentContribute ideas to improve creative workflows and processesExploreAI-supported toolsthat can make project delivery faster and more efficientWhat We're Looking For:We're looking for someone with a genuine understanding ofhow creative work gets made.You'll ideally bring:Experience managing creative projects within anagency, creative studio, social/content agency, or in-house creative teamExperience acrosssocial-first content, digital, design, video, motion, campaigns, and other creative deliverablesA track record of independently managingmultiple projects simultaneouslyStrong stakeholder management and communication skillsConfidence owning projects rather than simply coordinating tasksThe ability to understand and question acreative brief, rather than just processing itConfidence pushing back diplomatically when timelines, scope, or expectations aren't realisticStrong organization and prioritization skillsExperience withproject and workflow management toolsComfort working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven creative environmentCuriosity aroundAI-supported project and workflow toolsThe Key Thing:This role is for someone who is ready toown their projects.You won't simply update trackers and schedule meetings.
