Provide on-the-ground commercial management support to ensure the client is financially and contractually protected across all data center projectsManage and report on all commercial issues regularly to maintain transparency and accountabilityLead the Cost Trend Management (CTM) process by identifying scope changes, market shifts, and risks impacting project budgetsEnsure EPC teams understand baseline estimates, including scope, cost, and execution assumptionsSet up cost reporting correctly at design kick-off, ensuring accurate budget breakdowns and CTM data integrationChair bi-weekly CTM meetings with key stakeholders, drive actionable outcomes, and document meeting minutesUpdate the CTM log to reflect cost changes, root causes, and review stages for accurate project trackingParticipate in design reviews to track cost changes from concept to final design stagesCapture and log client-driven changes for review and approval in the CTM processSupport cost estimation, quality assurance cost trend reports, and provide quarterly feedback to improve CTM tools and processesWork remotely, onsite at a client, or in an Accenture office or center as neededCollaborate in person for learning, relationship building, and work with clients, peers, leaders, and communitiesRequirementsBachelor's degree in Construction Commercial Management,
