Elaborate a list of all applicable industrial safety, health and environmental requirements of Masimo's plants in Mexico, including at least the specific requirement, standard, compliance status, responsible and administrative sanctions.
Develop in conjunction with the different departments and positions the actions to carry out the compliance with the required validity of the legal requirements and keep updated report.
Maintain updated evidence of compliance with Legal Requirements.
Report formally to your supervisor and/or management in a timely manner any obstacle to compliance with legal requirements.
Produce documentation such as procedures, visual aids, brochures, training material for continuous improvement of systems and compliance with legal requirements.
Attend inspections from environmental and health and safety authorities.
Responsible for establishing and ensuring compliance with the activities of the Safety, Hygiene and Environmental Technician (Palaco Waste).
Be part of the Health and Safety Committee.
To be a member of the emergency brigades.
Provide follow-up in a timely manner (prior to expiration)

Experiencia y requisitos
Knowledge of government inspections
Extensive knowledge of safety and environmental legal requirements.
Minimum of 2 years' experience in the industrial sector.
English 60% conversational and written.
Handling of reports
