Join us as a Manufacturing Operations Supervisor and take ownership of end-to-end production execution.You'll lead teams, coordinate resources, and drive performance improvements that directly impact quality, safety, and efficiency.What will you do?
Oversee daily manufacturing operations and ensure consistent execution of quality and safety standardsSet production priorities, allocate people and equipment, and resolve blockers through effective escalationMonitor KPIs, address deviations, and implement improvement actions to optimize throughput and costsCollaborate with maintenance, supply, and quality teams to stabilize workflows and enhance performanceWhat are the key skills we are looking for?
