Summary: The Latin American Treasury Manager is responsible for managing the financial and monetary aspects of a business, including cash flow, liquidity, funding, and relationships with financial institutions.
Ensures the financial stability and efficiency of the organization and its subsidiaries.Qualifications:Education: Bachelor's degree in finance, Accounting, or a related field.
A master's degree and certification (e.g., CFA, CPA) is preferred.Experience: Typically requires 8+ years of experience in regional treasury or financial management, with some supervisory experience.Skills: Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, excellent communication and negotiation skills, and proficiency in financial software and tools.Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following.
Other duties may be assigned.Cash Management: Oversee daily cash flow, ensuring sufficient liquidity for operational needs.Investment Management: Manage the company's investment portfolio to optimize returns while minimizing risk.Debt Management:



Handle debt issuance, repayment, and compliance with debt covenants.
