Your responsibilities

Objetivo

Fabricación de herramentales de acuerdo con dibujo y requerimiento de nuestros clientes internos con la calidad requerida por el proceso. Programación en software Hypermill para el maquinado de piezas en suave y templadas.

Actividades:

- Programación de 3y5 ejes preferente control heidenhain
- Maquinado de piezas en suave y templadas en centros de maquinados CNC
- Preparación, mantenimiento autónomo y producción en centros de maquinado CNC
- Revisar e interpretar protocolos de medición
- Seguimiento a corrección de fallas de maquina con ayuda del servició técnico en caso de ser necesario.
- Ejecutar programas de nuevos números de parte con estándares.
- Controlar las piezas fabricadas de acuerdo con la orden de trabajo, el dibujo y características relevantes.

Your profile

Perfil:
Estudios: Técnico Superior Universitario / Ingeniería mecánica o afín

Experiencia: mínimo 3 años en fabricación de herramentales en CNCs

Idiomas: Ingles básico deseable

Horario: Rol de turnos L-D con descanso entre semana

Programas de cómputo:

- Office
- SAP

Conocimientos:

- Conocimiento en centros de maquinado y tornos CNC
- Herramientas de corte
- Interpretación de diseños
- Programación ISO códigos G&M;
- Instrumentos de medición
- Rectificado
- GD&T; intermedio.
