Maintain the Quality Manuals and Quality Procedures and ensure contents are appropriate for business.
Organize and manage the plant internal audit system and the corrective action reporting system Conduct/experience in performing Quality systems audits and assist in training/guidance to other auditors and Managerial positions as well; Host and plan external Quality System Audits (3rd party and customer) Experience in creating quality procedures manuals (quality system documentation), Also, Manages ISO********, CT-PAT and OEA internal audits programs to ensure compliance consistently.Knowledge of automotive quality systems standards (IATF***** and VDA) Strong knowledge of APQP, PPAP, FMEA, MSA,SPC (Core tools certification by AIAG) 2-3 years of experience (including IATF certification) Experience in CI techniques such as Six-sigma, Poka-Yoke (nice to have); EXPERIENCE MANAGING ISO******** and CT-PAT/OEA IS HIGHLY VALUED.
