daily phone and email communication- Responding to incoming calls and handling appropriately- Answer calls and accommodate drivers with repairs that trucks or trailers need on the road- Assisting drivers on the road with truck breakdowns over the phone- Organizing on the road assistance with vendors throughout the US- Providing coverage for colleagues when needed- Various other support functions as assignedWork Hours (After Hours during week & weekends)Monday - Friday 4:00 pm to 11:00 pm CSTSaturday 7:00 am to 4:00 pm CSTExperience- Knowledge of tractor, trailer functions: 2 years (Required)- Basic knowledge of truck & semi mechanical functions: 2 years (Required)- Previous maintenance or breakdown assistance experience: 2 years (Required)- Proficient in spoken and written ENGLISH (must)- Ability to work under pressure- Ability to work effectively both as a Team member and independently- Ability to follow instructions and deliver quality results- Past work experience that is relevant is a plusWhat can you expect?
