The role involves taking calls, coordinating service logistics, scheduling Agents, tracking assignments, and producing required reports.Candidates should have a bachelor's degree and at least two years of dispatch, SOC, or security-related experience, with strong communication, multitasking, and attention to detail.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office is expected.
