At a high level this position is for an industrialization engineer responsible for program management of an edrive power unit program for a future model vehicle.
This job includes managing milestone reviews/signoffs, developing timing plans, maintaining program financials, and supporting component/assembly releases in WERS.
This position will work closely with the eDrive systems engineers, eDrive component engineers, powertrain planning, and teams from electrified powertrain engineering.
This position would also cover build coordination of edrive power units for both internal testing and vehicle level testing.Manage milestone cadence within GPDS parametersLead milestone assessments, report-outs (to Director level), and papers to ensure on-time approvalsEngage in new business proposals & business casesDevelop & maintain project schedulesLead or support TPMT (Transmission Product Management Team)
