B2B Demand Generation Specialist Location Remote Anywhere [PST Hours Alignment] Employment Type FullTime Independent Contractor Job Summary We are seeking an executionfocused B2B Demand Generation Specialist to support our SDR team by building targeted prospect lists, executing outbound marketing campaigns, and generating qualified leads. This role is ideal for a strong marketer and copywriter who thrives on testing messaging, analyzing campaign data, and driving measurable results. Key Responsibilities Build and manage targeted prospect lists using platforms like Clay, Ocean.io, and similar tools. Create, execute, and optimize verticalspecific email campaigns, LinkedIn ads, landing pages, and marketing assets. Write highconverting campaign copy, subject lines, ad copy, and calls to action. Operate and manage outbound marketing automation in HubSpot Marketing Hub Professional. Conduct A B testing on messaging, creative assets, and targeting to boost conversion rates. Track prospect engagement, identify warmed leads,



and hand off qualified prospects to SDRs. Qualifications 36 years of handson experience in B2B marketing, demand generation, or outbound marketing. Expertlevel B2B copywriting skills and fluent professional English communication. Proven proficiency or ability to rapidly master prospecting platforms Clay, Ocean.io and CRM tools HubSpot. Experience marketing SaaS, IT, or cybersecurity products is a plus. Must be legally authorized to work in the designated jurisdiction without requiring company sponsorship.
