We are looking for a Outreach Analyst (SDR) to join our team in Panama City under a hybrid work model . Your main focus will be to create new business opportunities for our Digital Strategy team to close. You will play a key role in helping companies with a strong digital presence achieve their revenue goals.

Responsibilities

- Prospect and identify new business opportunities via email, phone, and LinkedIn.
- Schedule meetings for Digital Strategists with potential clients.
- Maintain and update prospecting lists segmented by industry.
- Attend networking events to generate new business opportunities.
- Obtain recommendations and referrals from existing clients and contacts.

Requirements

Interpersonal Skills

- Natural curiosity and a passion for helping people.
- Bachelor’s degree completed.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Proactive attitude in making calls and seeking new opportunities.
- Strong problem-solving skills, aligning our services with potential clients’ needs.





Technical Skills

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and HubSpot (or similar CRM).
- Experience in solution or service sales using the SPIN methodology.
- Basic understanding of digital marketing (SEO and PPC).
- Advanced English are required.

Daily Activities

- Generate leads and identify new business opportunities.
- Schedule and conduct meetings with potential clients.
- Create industry-specific spreadsheets and prospect key market players.
- Participate in networking events.
- Obtain referrals and recommendations from existing clients.

Work Model

Hybrid (2–3 days per week at the office in Panama City)
