Required Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electronics, Electrical, or related technical field)
- Up to 4 - 5 years of experience in field service, fleet support, or industrial/power equipment operations.
- Basic to intermediate knowledge of equipment troubleshooting, maintenance practices, and reliability concepts.
- Ability to analyze technical data and provide actionable recommendations.

Additional Requirements

- Willingness to travel up to 50% to Customer sites
- Strong communication skills in English
- Ability to work in cross-functional and customer-facing environments

What Success Looks Like

- Timely and effective resolution of technical issues and fleet events
- Improved fleet reliability and reduced repeat failures
- Strong technical support to the Fleet Manager and Field Teams
- Accurate and insightful technical analysis and reporting
- Positive feedback from customers and internal stakeholders

This role is ideal for developing strong technical expertise while contributing directly to Customer success under LTSA contracts.
