Bilingual Billing Specialists

Requirements:

- Completed degree in accounting, administration, or finance
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in billing
- Advanced English: Conversational C1 level required
- Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Experience using software for issuing or reviewing invoices

Activities:

- Medical billing
- Insurance billing
- Payment verification
- Invoice management
- Claims and updates
- Verification of payments and refunds and/or returns
- Customer service, clearing up doubts and process follow-up
- Account analysis, balances, and payment validation.
