Role Summary

Seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead client-facing Professional Services engagements for Capital Markets Front Office solutions. Responsible for managing implementation, upgrade, integration, and transformation projects while ensuring successful delivery, customer satisfaction, and commercial objectives.

Key Responsibilities Lead end-to-end delivery of Capital Markets software implementation projects. Manage project scope, timelines, budgets, risks, and resources. Act as the primary point of contact for client stakeholders. Coordinate Functional, Technical, QA, and Support teams. Drive project governance, status reporting, and executive communication.



Support UAT, go-live, and post-production stabilization activities. Track project financials, utilization, revenue, and margins. Manage project issues, escalations, and change requests.

Required Skills & Experience 8-10 years of Project Management experience in Financial Services, Fin Tech, or Capital Markets. Hands-on experience delivering Professional Services engagements. Should be working at onsite client place for 4 days a week Strong understanding of Front Office trading environments and trade lifecycle. Strong stakeholder, client, and vendor management skills. Excellent communication and leadership abilities. PMP, PRINCE2, Scrum, or Agile certifications preferred.
