After more than 25 years of experience, we continue to grow and are looking for the person to lead our accounting operations in Jamaica.

The Mission

As Accounting Manager, you will be responsible for the accounting and financial management of We Resolve in Jamaica, ensuring compliance with tax and accounting obligations, and acting as the direct link with Management in Spain on all matters related to the financial health of the center.

We are looking for a rigorous, organized person with strong analytical skills, combining solid accounting knowledge with a practical, business-oriented mindset.

Key Responsibilities Accounting and Financial Management Manage and oversee general accounting (invoicing, bank reconciliations, monthly and annual closings).



Control cash flow and manage payments and collections. Ensure accurate and up-to-date recording of all accounting transactions. Control and Reporting Prepare periodic financial reports and report results to Management in Spain. Support the preparation of operating budgets and monitor them. Propose improvements to financial control processes. Tax and Regulatory Compliance Ensure compliance with local tax and accounting obligations. Stay up to date on Jamaica's accounting and tax regulations. Coordinate with external advisors/accounting firms when applicable. Supplier and Advisory Relations Act as the point of contact with suppliers, banks, and external advisors. Resolve accounting and financial issues quickly and effectively. Identify opportunities to improve efficiency in the center's financial management. Requirements Degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field. At least 3 years of proven experience in a similar role. Knowledge of local accounting and tax regulations. Proficiency in office software and accounting/management tools. Strong organizational skills, autonomy, and attention to detail. Fluent in both English and Spanish.
