Job Overview

Contributes to technical function initiatives across multiple projects and manages technical elements while maintaining performance and schedule.

Job Requirements Key Responsibilities Lead and implement automation projects focused on improving manufacturing processes and productivity. Provide technical support and troubleshooting for PLCs, HMIs, and automated production equipment. Perform sustaining engineering activities and resolve production equipment issues. Support the assembly, installation, integration, and commissioning of mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic systems. Design and develop fixtures and automation solutions for manufacturing operations. Manage the selection and procurement of materials and equipment required for automation projects. Participate in Kaizen events and continuous improvement initiatives.



Drive 5 S implementation and process standardization efforts. Ensure technical deliverables, project timelines, and performance objectives are achieved. Key Requirements What your background should look like 5 to 7 years of experience in automation engineering or similar roles. Advanced English proficiency. Bachelor's degree in Mechatronics Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or a related field. Strong experience programming and troubleshooting PLCs (Allen Bradley, Omron, Keyence, Siemens). Hands-on experience with robots, cobots, vision systems, HMIs, and variable frequency drives (VFDs). Knowledge of sensors, motors, and servomotors. Proficiency in Auto CAD for electrical drawings and schematics. Experience managing automation projects from concept through implementation. Competencies
