Executes the migration of RCA users, groups, devices, servers, and applications into the AD forest, including object remapping, SID history, and application re-pointing.
Must have
- 7+ years Active Directory engineering, with 2+ completed cross-forest migrations at 5,000+ users
- Hands-on with Quest On Demand / Migration Manager for AD, ADMT, or equivalent tooling
- Workstation and server domain migration at scale, including SID history and profile translation
- Group Policy consolidation, conflict analysis, and remediation
- File share, print, and application ACL re-permissioning
- Hybrid identity — Entra Connect / Cloud Sync, and impact of AD migration on M365 tenant objects
- PowerShell automation for bulk object migration and validation reporting
Nice to have: Exchange/M365 tenant-to-tenant coordination, Intune/SCCM co-management, DFS-N migration.
