As our AP Vendor Master Data Manager, you'll do much more than oversee vendor records—you'll lead a specialized team, strengthen data governance and controls, drive process standardization, and ensure vendor information remains accurate, secure, and reliable across the organization.

You'll play a key role in improving the way vendor data is managed, partnering with Finance, Technology, Tax, Treasury, and Compliance teams while identifying opportunities for automation and continuous improvement.

What you'll do:

- Lead and develop a team responsible for vendor master data operations.
- Oversee vendor onboarding, maintenance, validation, and sensitive data changes.
- Ensure vendor information is accurate, complete, standardized, and compliant.
- Strengthen data governance, internal controls, audit readiness, and fraud-prevention practices.
- Monitor SLAs, KPIs,



and data-quality metrics to identify improvement opportunities.
- Drive process standardization, automation, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Partner with key stakeholders across Finance, Technology, Tax, Treasury, and Compliance.

What we're looking for:

- 7+ years of experience in Vendor Master Data, Master Data Management, Accounts Payable, or related Finance operations.
- 3+ years of leadership experience.
- Strong experience in vendor lifecycle management, data governance, data quality, and internal controls.
- Experience leading process improvement, standardization, or transformation initiatives.
- Experience working with ERP systems, workflow solutions, and vendor master data processes.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder-management skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Administration, or a related field.
- Fluent written and verbal English.
