Discover Your Purpose: Role Summary

As the Executive Assistant to the CBS Finance Director in México, you will provide high-level administrative, operational, and strategic communication support to enable senior leadership efficiency. Sitting within the local leadership organization, this role acts as a primary operational liaison for internal and external stakeholders across the region. You will ensure seamless business continuity, manage executive logistics, and handle critical organizational governance with high discretion and autonomy.

This role offers an impactful opportunity to drive operational excellence and support key business priorities at a country level.

Your Impact: Responsibilities

- Executive Logistics &
- Governance: Direct executive calendar management, travel arrangements, and end-to-end planning for leadership reviews,committees, and workshops (e.g., Mid-Year Reviews, Business Reviews,



and Operations Committee meetings).
- Financial &
- Administrative Management: Process purchase requisitions, generate purchase orders (POs), review and reconcile American Express (AMEX) and cash expenses, and manage vendor billing tracking.
- Executive Communications &
- Reporting: Draft, review, and organize executive correspondence, board/review presentations, meeting minutes, and organizational structures (e.g., call trees and organigrams).
- Event &
- Facility Coordination: Manage Human Resources (People) activities, such as plan corporate events and conduct site viability assessments for executive hotel accommodations and visits, among others.
- Operational &
- Relocation Support: Support General Services with vendor coordination and assist executive leadership and expatriates with administrative and key committee procedures.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor’s Degree completed or in progress
- 2+ years of administrative support, executive assistance, office coordination and/or human resources experience.
- Technical proficiency in Google Workspace tools (e.g., Google Docs, Sheets, Slides, Gmail).
- Intermediate proficiency in English.

Preferred Qualifications

- Technical experience using enterprise software, specifically SAP.




- Demonstrated ability to handle highly confidential business and personnel information with complete discretion.
- Strong organizational, problem-solving, and time-management skills with a proven track record of anticipating needs in fast-paced environments.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with experience interfacing directly with internal and external executives.
