Role Description The Claims Coordinator is a full-time, on-site role based in San Pedro Garza García, NLE. This role is responsible for managing transportation-related claims from initial notification through resolution, ensuring timely and accurate handling of all documentation.

The Claims

Coordinator will investigate incidents, gather and analyze supporting evidence, collaborate with internal teams and external partners, and communicate claim status updates to stakeholders. The role includes working closely with insurance providers, tracking claim metrics, identifying trends to mitigate risk, and supporting process improvements.

Coordinator will also maintain organized records, adhere to company policies and regulatory requirements, and contribute to a high level of service for customers and carriers.

Qualifications





- Candidates should possess strong Analytical Skills to review claim details, assess liability, and identify patterns or risk areas.
- Candidates should possess knowledge of Insurance processes and practices relevant to transportation and logistics.
- Candidates should possess Claims Management experience, including coordinating claim activities and ensuring timely resolution.
- Candidates should possess Claims Handling skills, including documentation, investigation, and settlement negotiation.
- Candidates should possess effective Communication skills to interact with customers, carriers, insurance representatives, and internal teams.
- Additional beneficial qualifications include experience in transportation or logistics, familiarity with cross-border operations, proficiency with claim management or ERP systems, strong organizational skills, and attention to detail.
- Post-secondary education in business, logistics, law, or a related field is preferred, along with the ability to work on-site and collaborate in a fast-paced environment.
