About Canni Studio

Founded by Dr. Sasha Arum, Canni Studio is an expert-led consulting and creative studio that helps professionals, founders, and organizations launch, maintain, and grow clear, credible, client-ready brands and platforms. We work internationally with clients across public health, healthcare, life sciences, law, higher education, nonprofit leadership, professional services, and other mission-driven fields where accuracy, credibility, reputation, and thoughtful communication matter.

Our work is strategy-led, execution-focused, systems-driven, and human-centered. We partner closely with clients across ongoing engagements and complex projects, combining thoughtful strategy with dependable execution and high standards for communication, organization, and follow-through.

The Opportunity

Canni Studio is seeking an experienced, bilingual Client Administrative Assistant (Independent Contractor) to provide high-quality administrative and client-facing support across selected client accounts.

This is a remote, account-based independent contractor opportunity. Contractors may be invited to support one or more client accounts based on client needs, experience, availability, capacity, and fit. Professional proficiency in both English and Spanish is required.

This role is designed for an experienced administrative professional who can confidently manage day-to-day responsibilities while representing clients professionally in interactions with customers, prospective clients, partners, vendors, and other stakeholders. Depending on the account, you may manage communications, answer and make phone calls, coordinate schedules and follow-ups, support intake processes, attend meetings, maintain records, and help keep important administrative matters moving forward.

Because many client needs arise during the business day, reliable weekday availability is essential. We’re looking for someone who can participate in client and internal meetings, respond to time-sensitive needs, exercise sound judgment within established procedures, and take initiative without requiring repeated reminders or close

What You May Work On

Specific responsibilities will vary by client account and assignment, but may include:

- Managing calendars, scheduling meetings and appointments, and coordinating day-to-day administrative needs
- Monitoring email, answering phone calls, responding to routine inquiries, and making outbound calls on behalf of clients

- Supporting client or customer intake, onboarding, document collection, and follow-up
- Drafting professional correspondence and communicating with clients, prospective clients, partners, vendors, and other external stakeholders
- Attending client and internal meetings, documenting key information and action items, and coordinating follow-up
- Maintaining accurate files, records, trackers, calendars, and administrative documentation while monitoring deadlines and outstanding requests
- Following up proactively on pending matters, recognizing when something requires additional attention, and helping keep administrative workflows moving forward
- Coordinating across clients, Canni Studio team members, and other contributors to make sure information, requests, and next steps reach the appropriate people
- Identifying issues that require clarification, approval, or escalation and communicating them promptly
- Supporting multiple client accounts as assigned

What We’re Looking For

We’re looking for an experienced administrative professional who combines strong organization and attention to detail with responsiveness, initiative, and sound professional judgment. You should be comfortable representing clients in day-to-day interactions, managing multiple priorities independently, and recognizing what needs to happen next without requiring constant direction or follow-up.

The idóneo candidate will bring:

- At least 3 years of professional experience in an administrative assistant, executive assistant, office administration, client support, project coordination, or comparable role within a professional setting
- Professional proficiency in both English and Spanish, with strong written and verbal communication skills in both languages; additional language proficiency is a plus
- Reliable availability during regular weekday business hours, with the flexibility to participate in meetings, respond to inquiries, and address time-sensitive client needs
- Experience working directly with clients, customers, executives, or other professional stakeholders, including handling email, phone, scheduling, and routine correspondence
- Strong organization and attention to detail,

with demonstrated ability to manage calendars, records, deadlines, follow-ups, and multiple competing priorities accurately
- A proactive and dependable working style, with the ability to anticipate next steps, take ownership of assigned responsibilities, and follow through without repeated reminders
- Strong professional judgment and discretion, including the ability to recognize when to respond independently, seek clarification, or escalate an issue
- Strong written communication skills and the ability to draft polished, professional correspondence on behalf of clients
- Proficiency with Google Workspace and comfort learning and working across client-specific communication, scheduling, document management, CRM, and administrative systems
- Reliable access to both a personal computer and mobile phone for professional use

Experience supporting clients in public health, healthcare, life sciences, nonprofits and mission-driven organizations, higher education, legal, consulting, or professional services is a plus. Experience in an agency, consulting, executive support, or multi-client environment is also valuable.

Engagement Structure

This is an account-based independent contractor opportunity supporting selected Canni Studio client accounts. There are no guaranteed weekly hours, number of accounts, or volume of assignments.
