Role Description The Claims Administrator is a full-time, on-site role based in San Pedro Garza García, NLE. This role is responsible for managing and processing transportation-related claims, including gathering documentation, verifying claim details, and coordinating with internal teams, carriers, and insurers.

The Claims

Administrator will track claim status, ensure timely resolution, and maintain accurate records in line with company policies and legal requirements. Day-to-day tasks include reviewing incident reports, communicating with customers about claim progress, preparing reports for management, and assisting in the development of procedures to minimize risk and improve claims handling efficiency.





Qualifications

- Strong foundation in Law and Insurance to understand liability, coverage, and regulatory requirements.
- Proficiency in Claims Management and Claims Handling, including documentation, investigation, and resolution of claims.
- Excellent Customer Service skills, with the ability to communicate clearly, manage expectations, and maintain professionalism.
- Attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to handle multiple cases simultaneously.
- Experience in transportation, logistics, or related industries is preferred.
- Ability to work on-site full time in San Pedro Garza García, NLE, and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Comfort with using claims management software, spreadsheets, and reporting tools.
- Relevant academic background in law, business, insurance, or a related field is an advantage.
