Descripcion del Puesto The objective is to keep workflows organized by assisting various departments with document management, customer service, and data entry.

- Handle support tickets received via phone, maintaining direct contact with clients.
- Answer phone calls, route messages, and respond to emails.
- Enter data into databases or internal platform systems with high accuracy.

- Track client orders and requests.
