What You'll Bring

Required

- 1–3 years of relevant professional experience in emergency medicine, emergency department operations, nursing, clinical workflows, healthcare IT, or a related environment.
- Advanced English, with the ability to communicate professionally in written and spoken English.
- Experience with ticketing, support, clinical, or healthcare information systems.
- Understanding of emergency department and/or acute care workflows.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and research skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work with complex clinical workflows.
- Clear and professional communication.
- Proactive, collaborative, and adaptable approach.
- Commitment to continuous learning.

Nice to Have

- Epic experience or certification.
- ASAP experience.
- EHR/EMR experience.
- U.S. healthcare experience.
- Experience in an Emergency Department or urgent care environment.
- Experience with triage, patient flow, clinical documentation, or emergency department operations.
- Healthcare technology or consulting experience.

What You'll Do

- Support and analyze Emergency Department workflows within Epic.
- Support system requests, incidents,



and workflow issues related to ASAP.
- Assist with application configuration, testing, validation, and implementation activities.
- Work with emergency department teams to understand clinical and operational requirements and translate them into application solutions.
- Support workflows related to patient arrival, triage, rooming, provider workflows, clinical documentation, orders, results, discharge, and patient disposition.
- Investigate issues, identify root causes, and coordinate appropriate resolutions with technical, clinical, and operational teams.
- Participate in testing, quality assurance, and validation of system enhancements.
- Create and maintain application documentation, workflow materials, and support resources.
- Collaborate with physicians, nurses, technicians, clinical staff, ED leadership, and technical teams supporting U.S. healthcare clients.
- Help ensure that emergency department workflows are accurate, efficient, and aligned with clinical and organizational requirements.
- Support initiatives focused on patient flow, workflow optimization, operational efficiency, and improved emergency care processes.
