- 5+ years of experience in application support, maintenance, or production support environments.
- experience with python using django.
- experience with c#/.net applications and services.
- knowledge of incident management, troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and problem resolution.
- experience implementing minor application enhancements and changes based on business requirements.
- ability to monitor and maintain application stability, performance, and availability.

- basic experience with coldfusion, particularly for back-end services.
