role summary

seeking an experienced project manager to lead client-facing professional services engagements for capital markets front office solutions. Responsible for managing implementation, upgrade, integration, and transformation projects while ensuring successful delivery, customer satisfaction, and commercial objectives.

key responsibilities

• lead end-to-end delivery of capital markets software implementation projects.

• manage project scope, timelines, budgets, risks, and resources.

• act as the primary point of contact for client stakeholders.

• coordinate functional, technical, qa, and support teams.

• drive project governance, status reporting, and executive communication.

• support uat, go-live, and post-production stabilization activities.

• track project financials, utilization, revenue, and margins.

• manage project issues,



escalations, and change requests.

required skills & experience

• 8-10 years of project management experience in financial services, fintech, or capital markets.

• hands-on experience delivering professional services engagements.

• should be working at onsite client place for 4 days a week

• strong understanding of front office trading environments and trade lifecycle.

• strong stakeholder, client, and vendor management skills.

• excellent communication and leadership abilities.

• pmp, prince2, scrum, or agile certifications preferred.
