Leverages digital analytics and manages day-to-day operations of the paid Display & Social Media Acquisition plans. Leads end to end build-out of paid display and social campaigns (i.e. DV360, Facebook, etc.), daily management and optimization of in-market campaigns to deliver against key KPIs, manage ongoing data reporting.
Analyzes weekly campaign performance to feed into management reporting and leads audience management and segment creation within technology platforms. Leads daily performance analysis to determine optimization opportunities to implement in-market Display and Social campaigns to deliver effective campaigns in driving efficient leads into the funnel for conversion.



Takes ownership of managing monthly digital media budget by partnering closely and providing Finance with budget actuals and forecast.
Leads daily management (actualizing, optimizing and planning) of the paid Display & Social media budgets with minimal supervision. Recommends testing of new innovative approaches for display, social media and in-market initiatives to generate quality leads. Partners with analytics team to create dashboards for analysis and optimization. Leads insight/implication development of display and social media creative performance. Manages vendors, including display networks and social websites.
Coordinates with cross functional partners to include analytics, creative/content and customer relationship management (CRM) team to execute specific display and social media campaigns as needed.
