We are now looking for an experienced Senior Talent Acquisition Partner based remotely in Mexico. In this role, you'll support one of our clients in driving their hiring strategy, mapping the market, sourcing top-tier tech and product talent, and building up their growing presence in the market.

Spanish and English (minimum C1)
What You'll Be Doing: End-to-End Tech & Product Recruiting:
Own the full recruitment lifecycle across Tech and Product roles, including specialized talent across the region.
Act as the local subject matter expert. You will advise stakeholders on the Mexican tech talent landscape, availability, and target companies to ensure highly competitive hiring strategies.
Partner closely with senior engineering and product leaders to understand their requirements, acting as a trusted consultant throughout the hiring process.
Deliver a seamless, transparent, and engaging candidate experience that champions the employer brand.
